Birger joins Ogilvy & Mather Beijing as Group Creative Director, where he is responsible for all Nestlé brands, the agency’s biggest account. Within his first 3 months, his ‘Gr8 Debate’ campaign for 8 Cubes reaches over 530 Million views, picking up a certificate of excellence at SABRE, and is shortlisted at the Effies.
Birger’s work is featured in numerous publications around the world, including Contageous, Communication Arts, Campaign Brief, Financial Times, Novum, Page, The Work and Ads of the World.com, as well as on national television in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Korea. He’s a member of D&AD and The Design Society Singapore, and was a judge at London International Advertising Awards, New York Festival, Adfest, Australian Award, Pinasthika Ad Festival Indonesia, DM Asia, AdStars Korea, Young Guns, Golden Bell Award Vietnam and panel chairman at the Chillies Sri Lanka and Singapore Creative Circle Awards.
In his freetime, Birger lectures throughout Asia and works on design projects.
